Our aluminum SDO Front Grille is a stout 3/16” thick solid CNC milled aluminum, featuring 5/8” diameter octagonal beveled vent holes for plenty of airflow, the top 3” of the grill will be form-rolled to exactly match the curvature of the Defender grille surround, and finally powdercoated black for a durable finish.
Similarly, our Headlight Surrounds are CNC milled from a 3" solid block of billet aluminum, and are a perfect complement to our Front Grille. Unlike the factory plastic bits, our Front Grille and Headlight Bezel Finishers/Surrounds will not crack, break, and become brittle over time. These are stout aluminum upgrades to any Defender, and a durable solution that will last a lifetime.
